Terrific Bargain
With only a 2 1/2 stars for a Holiday Inn Express I was worried about how it would be as they are generally top quality. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel staff was warm, friendly and very accomodating, particularily the female desk clerk who registered us in and the woman who manned the breakfast almost every morning we were there. The one disappointment was that the spa wasn’t working though the heated indoor pool was heavenly. We would go back here anytime!

Great deal, how can you complain?
I needed an easy place to stay off Rte. 395 exactly in this part of Connecticut. For the incredibly cheap price, I expected pretty limited accommodations. Instead, the place was very nice, the people were dandy, free and good wifi connections, a perfectly nice breakfast buffet. You’d have to be a real whiner to complain for the money.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
There’s a shopping mall about a five-minute walk away. A good sized supermarket and a quite good Chinese restaurant where i got takeout to bring back to the room.

Good place to stay for the money
Good place to stay where it is convienently located near the highway and close to restaurants and shops.
