Very fun and friendly staff! I would definitely go back!
I thought this place was a great place to just get some good rest and relaxation! Everything is right there and the beach is just right outside the hotel. The staff is helpful and the food is really good!

Good for the price
Clean hotel. Great location. Very nice beach. No mini bar in room. Buffet restaraunt was excellent but reservations are required for any other restaurant so by 9 in the morning all tables were reserved which was pretty bogus. Overall very good for the price i paid.

Guests staying at Oasis Cancún, Oasis Viva Beach, and Oasis Palm Beach can enjoy facilities at the other resorts for the day, including access to all food and beverage outlets, at no additional cost.
All guests must inform the Guest Services Desk (Oasis Plus Desk) at their hotel of the date and time they plan to visit a partner hotel.
Honeymoon program
All honeymooners staying at Oasis Viva Beach, Grand Oasis Cancun, Oasis Cancún, Grand Oasis Playa, and Grand Oasis Riviera Maya will receive a complimentary upgrade to suite accommodations (where available) or best possible accommodation (based on advance request and subject to availability); a bottle of champagne in their room; and one free night on their first anniversary’s return trip (minimum five-night stay) to the same hotel.
