Can’t wait to go back!!!
me and my boyfriend went on our first trip to the caribbean oct 18th til the 21st, and we didn’t know what to expect. when we got there we were amazed at the resort, everyone was so kind and helpful...the staff was willing to cater to your needs, the grounds were very clean and well kept....the buffet wasn’t so bad, enjoyable.....we managed to try the Japanese restaurant and it was awesome, the food was great and so was the hibachi style service....the pools were awesome, the beach was beautiful and there weren’t that many annoying vendors and we always found chairs under the shade... all in all we had a great experience at this hotel and we would definately go back, but this time we might stay in the adults only section ;)
-definately do atleast one of the excursions -take plenty of singles to tip staff -bargain when buying souvenieres from the vendors in the resort

Gran Bahia Principe - Punta Cana
The hotel was great. Very clean, staff was friendly, no hassle to join time shares, beach is great, pools are nice. The food was average for me though my wife loved it. Nothing to brag about in that department. Rooms are nice & roomy though no iron + board. You have to call to borrow one (at no charge of course) for a couple of hours. The shows at night very pretty cool, especially the Michael Jackson show & the Black Light show. I didn’t hit the nightlife because we were traveling with our 2 year old. There was also a kid’s show by the pool with clowns & balloons which was great. Don’t expect great drinks at the bar/pool. Local beer (which i Love - 100% better than drinking American beer such as Bud, Coors, Miller, etc.) but the alcohol used for the piņa coladas suck. Not even Brugal or Barcelo which is DR made which I found odd. Overall I’d go again because the place is great for price.

fantastic time
Beautiful!!! The water was so clean and so blue. The beaches were amazing. The resort itself was beautiful and immaculate. Can’t wait to go back!
