Not what I expected-you get what you pay for.
I do not like motels-from the description and pictures that I saw,I thought it was a hotel. The curtains were dirty and old which if you don’t touch them I guess is no big deal. The room and especially the bedding was clean which is important. The room was small and old. It was smelly when we first walked in, but so was Lake Havasu City ( it was the rain that made the city smell)The bathroom needs some serious updating cause it looks grungy and dirty. Then again with updating might not be affordable. It rained that day for several hours and the outside corridor by our room was filled with about an inch of water. It was real nasty to keep walking through it. Finally after a few times walking through, I called the front desk and they immediately sent someone out to squeegy it. (they thought someone had already took care of it)Nice place to flop.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Super close to London Bridge Do not eat at Casa Bonita super pricey not worth eating. Don’t mind paying if it’s good. Next time we are in the area worth paying the extra hundred bucks to stay at the resort if we are there to play.If we are just passing through and need a place to sleep this "hotel" is great.

Basic Necessities
The hotel has a great location and close to everything you need. The hotel grounds were well kept and the rooms were clean. The rooms on the 2nd floor had a nice view of the lake. The hotel provides for your basic necessities while on vacation. During our stay there it was not too busy so it was nice to not have to deal with the hustle and bustle of a Holiday. It is a place to wash up and get some shut-eye, that’s it. That is if you can sleep! My only complaint is that the AC unit was so loud that it was hard to fall asleep. Other than that it was a great deal.

We requested a non-smoking room and got a smoking room.The smell was awful
