Hyatt Casino
The hotel is quite nice, rooms spacious and security is top notch.
We only stay in Manila one night after a scuba diving trip to Puerto Galera, a 3 hour van and 1 hour boat ride from Manila. I highly recommend it for divers.

Nice hotel, with great staff, not in the best area but could travel with no problem
It was a nice hotel with great staff. I feel that the hotel is over rated as being a 5 star hotel it may be 3.5 star. The room was comfortable and clean.
If you like shopping there are malls everywhere with great deals. There are street vendors everywhere but not very clean would not recommend eating from any of these. Stay to main areas of the city.

A pleasant surprise
Staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the great music in the lounge. Will definitely return the next time I am in Asia.

The Internet service is the same there is a internet cafe across the street from the hotel use it.

Where I Stay in Manila
Whether I am en route from Guam to Europe, the United States Mainland, or simply visiting friends or doing business in the Philippines, I love the Hyatt Manila. There is a convenient transport service from the Manila International Airport to the Hyatt, and the amenities are always in good order. Friendly staff, easy access to many destinations within the city, and their excellent breakfast keep me looking forward to my next stay.

Magandang Maganda!
Great place to stay whether for business trips and vacation. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very modern. The staff is courteous, professional and always helpful. The hotel has one of the best pools in all of Manila. The only downside is the Business Center. They have a great staff, but the prices are too expensive.

Awesome Hotel
The Hyatt was a great place to stay. The beds were a little hard but otherwise amazing. The staff was friendly and supportive. The only issue i had was that the Hyatt transfer from the airport to the hotel was not there when i arrived and had to take a taxi. The hotel comp’d me for a complimentary ride back to the airport at the end of my visit. The casino and resturants are top shelf. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

GREAT HOTEL
100% perfect for this hotel, I could have not have asked for a better stay, very clean and luxurious, staff was excellent, security was excellent and easy check out. The casino was good but not up to Vegas quality.

Casino is ok but hotel is awesome!
Hotel staff was friendly and courteous, but the highlight was the room. The room was spacious, comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing! A bathtub and shower combo with a ceiling showerhead.

If I go to Manila again, this will be my #1 place to stay
I cannot rave enough about the friendliness and promptness of service at the Hyatt Hotel and Casino in Manila. These people know how to treat a traveler like a king. If there was anything to complain about, I am at a complete loss for words. I will say the Fireplace restaurant was overpriced and not nearly as good as it should have been. Regardless, a total 5 star hotel.

It is absolutely imperative that you go to the Mall of Asia, the largest mall in Asia, if only to brag that you have been there. I have never seen anything like it before

Hotel Great, Casino Strange!
Two thumbs up for the hotel and the staff. The casino though is weird. It is so hard to get a simple bottle of water or beer. They make you go get a points card. So you must first go to the concierge. They take your picture, you sign a book, then get a card. When I handed the card to the waitress she said I have no points even though I’d been playing for two days there. So then she took the card for an hour and brought it back to me with two beers. I had to sign on two pieces of paper for the beers. The next day, while playing the slots, I asked for a water, she pulled a single warm bottle of water out of a desk/filing cabinet. Also, there are only the old style slot machines. You have to pull out ten peso coins, but they don’t give you a bucket. You have to put the coins into these little tubes then take them up to the counter. Also, most of the tables don’t accept cash. You have to stand in line and buy chips at the cashier first. Also, any slot machine win over sixty bucks has to be paid out by hand so everyone is constantly looking for machine attendants. We had fun there, but the casino is not big on customer service.

Walk out of the front of the hotel and head straight. There are a number of cheap and good restaurants. Also, the Robinson’s mall is only about a ten minute walk away.

good stay
At first I was worried about the coments from Philippino people about how bad the malate area and the hotel should be. All they say is that I should stay in Makati, but guess what? the hotel is great it cost almost half of a hotel like this in Makati, there is a good shopping mall across the street and you can get in touch with real Manila. Certenly Makati area is better but why go there if there is New York instead?

Highly recommend
This is my second stay at the Hyatt within a month and I wouldn’t change anything I previously said. It is excellent for just about anything: great location from the airport, other night spots, casino is enjoyable, food from room service and buffet was delicious, gym has all equipment you need for a full workout and the pool is nice.

Generally good
Clean room~ good casino~~ but a part of swimming pool is on the construntion~ and internet is expensive (in front of hotel, The robinson mall’s wifi is free).

Very pleasant stay
Friendly staff and convenient location from the airport and other city life. The place has a casino downstairs for your entertainment! The rooms are well kept and service is prompt. Definitely a place to recommend to others.

Always travel with a group or others to avoid sidewalk characters. Just say "no" to anyone wanting to sell something on the street or to anyone trying to change your money.

This is a great Hotel. The food at this hotel is the greatest. try all the resturaunts and you will love it! The service was the best.

Another Great Stay
This was my third stay at the Hyatt Casino Hotel in Manila in 4 months. It continues to be my favorite hotel when I travel to the Orient on vacation. The rooms are clean, well organized, internet service and a great housekeeping service. My only regret is not to have tried the Fireplace Restaurant which I will do on my next trip. The chinese restaurant and the Market Cafe are very good when I am not looking for a meal in the city. I highly recommend this hotel for those who are looking for a great hotel.
