We always stay at C-I&S. This time, the room was for my parents. They usually stay at less expensive hotels but were exhausted from whirlwind business trips. We knew that you would take good care of them and you did not let us down. Thank you!

Room was all right. Suite had couch that was 20 on the firmness scale(10 being comprable to granite). Bed was perfect though and staff was curtious and helpfull. After a can of febreeze we almost forgot that the room was most likely previously a smokers room. Overall it was decent.
