great for a first time guest!
As a second time guest I was very unsatisfied with the room itself. I was given a room that was used by industrial workers. I could not walk on the floor with out shoes . The floor was filthy.(carpet) It was like staying in a different place than when I stayed the previous year

Very satisfied
We were unsure what to expect due to other reviews but we stipulated that we were tired travellers and required peace and quiet on arrival. We arrived to pleasant staff who made us welcome despite our jetlag and everything was satisfactory. Some of our party did not like the American way of fast service, ie disposable plates and no service for breakfast but understand this is easy hotel life!
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Its about 4-5kms from Anchorage itself so you require transportation from the hotel. It is great that they provide a shuttle service to and from the airport.

A Bargin for a nice place
Room was big and beds were very comfortable. Quiet, wish we could have stayed longer. Will stay there when we go back.
