inflexible management
the hotel was not at capapcity , our honored guest , a Gideon dignitary , from Indonesia , needed a late check out at 1.00 so he could change clothes after his church service . his plane left at three and he needed to change into something comfortable. no one could give an answer at check in , we had to call the next morning , they offered 12:00 as a solution , wouldnt budge. incredible.

Not Impressed
Stayed in hotel while visiting family. he carpet was disgusting. My feet were black after walking barefoot. Also we had 2 bath towels and I asked for an additional towel and the lady at the front desk said NO!. She said they were all dirty and I would have to wait until morning. Not good customer servive. And for what we paid she should have taken care of me. It was not a nice hotel by no means and I will never stay again. Oh and one more thing the water in Monroe is brown. It smells too. There are signs in the hotel bathrooms theat state that Monroe is "KNOWN" for its brown water. What is up with that???

will not go back
NEVER GAVE US A WAKEUP CALL ALMOST MISSED OUR RETURN FLIGHT. CARPET IN FRONT OF THE REFRIGERATOR WAS SOAKED AND HOTEL DID NOTHING ABOUT IT. FAN DID NOT WORK IN BATHROOM AND HOTEL DID NOTHING ABOUT IT. WOMAN AT THE DESK DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH THE MORNING WE LEFT AND HAD NO ANSWER AS TO WNY WE DID NOT RECEIVE A WAKEUP CALL.
