Jewel but unusual access
The pool and spa complex are amazing, with a large picture window view of the Matterhorn as you swim. The dining area is similarly beautiful with a great view. The rooms are austere with no character or decor, but they are clean and functional. The entry to the hotel is out of the way and more like a residential access than a hotel. The staff were very courteous and dutiful. The dining was very good.
