great location, low quality hotel, decent pub/restaurant
Hotel is old with minimal maintenance - bath fixtures very old. Location is great - basically in Shannon Airport parking lot- you can walk to flights. Perfect for early departures. Decent pub/food. Wi-fi expensive but free at airport if you simply walk over - 3 minutes across the lot. I would only stay here for logistical ease

Thanks for Taking Excellent Care of my Parents
Booked this hotel for my parents to stay in the night before they were flying out of Shannon. I was a little concerned based on the mixed reviews of this hotel, but my father is handicapped and they needed to be in a convenient hotel. My parents said the hotel staff were friendly and wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of pillows. The staff went above and beyond and helped escort them to the airport at 6am. Would highly recommend this hotel for airport convenience, friendliness etc. Thanks!!!

Convenient, but not so great
Although this hotel is convenient for early flights, the hotel itself leaves much to be desired. On a recent visit to Ireland I stayed at the Park Inn on 2 occassions as I had to take a friend to the airport before my departure a week later. On the first stay the floors were so creeky you couldn’t take a step in the room without the floorboards creeking and waking any travel companion. On the second visit I was placed in a room in another section of the hotel, which I happy to report that the floors did not creek. But the bed did, couldn’t move without the bed creeking. AND in this wing of the hotel there is NO elevator. Suggesting that most occupants of this hotel may be on an internation travel iteninary I thought this is a huge incovenience, especially to older travelers. The pub is nice, and the food is good. Since there are other hotel within 3 -4 km, I would not stay at this hotel again.
