Great Hotel, perfect location
We stayed at the Midland for two nights. The overall impression is very good. The room was compfortable, good sized and with decent view. The bathroom was especially confortable and the Occidant soap and shampoo made a pleasant surprise. The location is ideal being very close to picadilly gardens, St Peter’s square, Oxford road and Deansgate locks. Just two things I’d like to mention, we didn’t book breakfast incluted and theat costed us 30 pounts(!!!) for a standart English breakfast - too expensive for what it was. The wi-fi coupon could not be halted and restarted at a later time. Basically if you log in you can’t pause it and restart a couple of hours later... Come on now! this is not midland level...
Traveler's tip on nightlife
Try the bars at Deansgate locks, just around the corner. OR If you want to remember your student years, try the bars on oxford road
