Guests must check in at the ResortQuest Central Destin Office, 35000 Emerald Coast Pkwy, Destin, FL 32541. Guests who plan to arrive late must use the after-hours phone located to the right of the main entrance of the office; the agent will provide the lock-box code. Guests are required to return to the office the next day by noon to complete check-in.
From early 2010, guests will be contacted by this property prior to arrival. Guests should ensure the phone number used in the booking process is correct. Guests who do not hear from the property within 3 days of arrival should contact the property using the number on the confirmation email.
The guest booking the room must be at least 25 and must occupy the rental the entire stay. Singles under 25 years are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Chaperoned groups are not permitted.
