Not Impressed
Room was humid, old, and had a weird scent. The mattress is in a poor condition-springs were popping up. My partner comment it was like a herd of elephants went through the bed. We requested another room with the front desk. After changing the second room, the bed condition didn’t improve much, but we notice that housekeeping was not consistent with refilling the amenities. We spoke to the front desk again. They were friendly, I give them credit for that. They offer us an bed padding. We expect room service to bring cotton filled bed padding, but instead room service walk in with a wooden plank board as our padding. When we spoke with to the front desk again, then apologize for the miscommunication and ask room service to bring real bed padding. Apparently, there is no bed padding and room service was planning to add blanket to the bed. After checking out the executive suites were also a disappointment, we decided to move to another hotel.

Should not be a 4 star hotel
Don’t stay there if you have allergies against dust mites. The room has old carpets and an old matress. Management is friendly and tried their best to help me out but that doesn’t change the quality of the room. The Holiday Inn around the corner has much better quality in their rooms.
