Oscar very good hotel for the price
i was hesitant about this hotel based on the reviews, but the location was great for access to the train and the accomodations were fine and comfortable. I did not feel unsafe in this area but i also did not go out late at night.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
use the train to travel, the gift shop downstairs has good prices and a friendly staff, use the internet cafe around the corner, it is cheaper than at the hotel
