Charming City with Delicious Food
The location is fantastic for walking to the historic and cultural sites - cathedrals, museums, churches. The hotel staff was pleasant, friendly, and knowledgable. However, my air conditioner was broken three of the four nights I stayed there; my requests for repairs were not met.
Traveler's tip on dining
There’s a fantastic, authentic Bulgarian restaurants just down the street - "Bulgarska Zavera". I returned night after night to try something different on the menu. The manager even gave me a few recipes.

totally disapointed
if you like smoking , this is the right place to go , the smell is all over the place including non somking rooms . I personally think that they can not meet a 3 star hotel requirements
