Very Impressed. Way more than I expected
The Villas were great, the rooms were so clean and the beds were so comfortable. The bathroom was the best I love the way there is a door to the sink and then another door to the shower. that saved us alot of time. We could use the sink while someone else was taking a shower. We stayed 2 nights I wish we could have stayed longer and had more time to spend at the villa. I really wanted to sit on the porch in the rocker and relax. Maybe next time.
Traveler's tip
We used our TomTom to get to the Villas which are off the road a bit. We didnt have any trouble at all finding it. We would have never found it without the GPS. But make sure if you use your GPS put in the address of the Plantation Villas not just the name if you dont it will take you to the old plantation instead. And registration is on the left not the big building on the right.

Nice place to stay
The property is fairly new and therefore the rooms are clean and comfortable and the property is well maintained and quiet. Our only issue was that the alarm clock in the room next to us was not turned off when the room was cleaned and therefore went off at midnight. Since the room was empty we had to call the front desk to turn it off. They were prompt in doing so but didn’t think to unset it so it went off again the next night. But they got it right the second time. We were in Springfield to visit family and will definitely stay there again when we go back.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
For exercise, be prepared to walk or jog the property or swim (or of course golf). They are planning an exercise facility to be built next year.
