MODEST BUT CLEAN
The Super 8 Laramie is hidden behind a truck reapir shop and the road leading to it is not in good shape. However, once you get to the Motel, it is clean, the rooms are decent sized and they are reasonably quiet. The breakfast area is quite modest, but so is the breakfast. If you want a cheap( for Laramie) and clean palce to stay with no frills, this works. Suggest asking for room on back side or you will listen to trucks on I-80 all night.
The Altitude Restaurant in downtown has very good food and the 3rd Street Bar & Grill ( two blocks apart) is a crowded, lively bar with college students and good bartenders. Both are definitely recommended if you are staying in Laramie

Great location. And Laramie’s Super 8 was much nicer than expected.
