Good for a short stay - clean but small rooms, no view
My wife and I spent one night at this hotel. The room was very small (the bed takes almost half of its space excluding the bathroom) but clean. The place is located between two other buildings and if you happen to get a room facing one of those (majority) you are going to watch a wall through the window. Good for a short stay.

A Good Choice For Budget Travelers
This quiet, clean hotel is located in a fairly quiet spot, convenient to both the Shinsaibashi and Nagahoribashi subway stations, within easy walking distance of shopping and nightlife of Shinsaibashi. Osaka Station and Shin-Osaka are both within twenty minutes by subway. It’s not in the middle of the action, but the action isn’t far away. Rooms are more than adequate, quite clean, with internet (LAN cable required), refrigerator, small television, air conditioning, opening window, and a complete (if slightly cramped) modular bathroom. The sink faucet is designed to fill the bathtub, as well, and the hand-held shower is operated with a diverter on the faucet. The room’s electricity is activated by inserting a keyring fob into a slot and goes off when the fob is removed, although the refrigerator runs on a separate circuit. Pleasant staff were very helpful, with varying degrees of English proficiency.

Small but comfortable
My room at this hotel was very small. With two people in the room, there was almost no room to move around. However, the room was clean and had all the amenities necessary. I would first look for roomier accommodations, but would stay here again if I couldn’t find a larger room for the same price. The hotel is conveniently located just steps away from two subway lines.
