Worst hotel
Where do i start. Maybe that it looks run down. That is nothing. How about the rotting smell as soon as you walk into your room to the filthy carpets that made me wear shoes everywhere. The towels had stains on them and did I mention the rotting smell as soon as you walk into the room. Yes, it was that bad. It was cheap so what could you expect right? Wrong. I wouldn’t stay there again if somebody paid ME! Overall thee worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. And its not even close to Magic Mountain like they say they are. At least a half hour drive.
Only one tip. Don’t stay here

Roaches
When I wen to the bathroom and turned on the light; I noticed at least 6 live roaches running around the inside of the circular platic cover of the light. i checked out after the first night because i didn’t want roaches to get into my clothes and luggage and start laying eggs.

Ok Hotel
The hotel are relatively in ok condition. The parking lot is quite small and it could be a problem if you get there late at night or on the weekends. The bar/restaurant tends to take up the space. You will probably have to park on the street. The front desk was very helpful with directions.

As expected
Motel 6 in Canoga Park is a basic but ok hotel considering the fee. It was clean and fresh, no problems.

Very impressed
I wasn’t expecting much from a Motel 6, but this hotel was wonderful. I felt like I was staying at a fancy expensive hotel. Very nice and great customer service.

Very Noisy
This hotel was very noisy. The people in the next room sounded like they were filming a porn video/movie. Then people in other nearby rooms were constantly in and out all night long slamming doors.

CHEAP Hotel - Insufficient Parking Space
Do not expect much for the price, just the basic. Recommend your return to Hotel early at night, or else you cannot find a parking space.

Sweet Deal in Canoga Park
Very good value, especially for Southern Calilfornia. Fresh paint and polished granite make the room almost like new. Very spartan and a little small; no coffee maker but does have fridge, TV and microwave. Friendly people at front desk. Only real shortcoming, not nearly enough parking spaces.

Will Stay Again
FLew in to LA,from Buffalo, NY had flight delays and did not arrive into LA until Midnight. My original motel reservation was a very unclean and smelly room. Needless to say i did not stay there and went to motel six which was closer to my daughter’s apartment. Was able to check in at 1:15 -1:30am without a problem. Got on line and booked reservation for the entire week. Enjoyed my stay, the location, the staff was quite friendly and prompt with housekeeping request.

A good experience!
I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers. It was by far, the best we have stayed for the price. It included a frig, microwave, jacks for the TV, AC, heat, comfy beds, seperate room & closet w/ bathroom, even a headset jack on phone. It was large and specious, very quiet, despite many complaints we read about with the neighboring night club, we only heard it one night. Parking was the only problem, but it is in a safe neighborhood and twice we had to park on the street. I would highly recommend this place. The manager was very polite and attentive to our needs.

Advice from seasoned travelers: Check out all hotel rooms before before committing to stay. This is a good overall rule for travelers. Check the TV, AC, heat, phone, if toilet flushes, water pressure, bed comfort, cleanliness and attitude of person at front desk. If something isn’t functioning, ask for another room or don’t stay there.

it was good
our stay at the hotel was very nice. i wish there would have been more parking. but other than that, i was pleased with everything. i would defeniately come back, and recomend to a friend.
