Very good central location, would use again
This hotel has a very attractive modern design, giving the feeling of quality at a reasonable cost. Staff were helpful and efficient.

June Trip
Nice, clean and quiet rooms, however be aware that this place is inside the train station, which takes a bit getting used to. Some of the rooms overlook the train tracks and some face the hotels indoor courtyard. breakfast buffet is o.k. but could have a bigger selection. Overall ok bout I would stay in one of the other downtown hotels next time.

Very nice hotel in a great central location
I stayed at this hotel for a recent business trip, and even extended my stay a few nights. The staff was very helpful and had service available in Swedish and English. Because the location is "built into" Central Station, which by the way I could not hear any of the trains, buses, trams, etc., this hotel is great for those visiting leisurely or for business. Plan to spend 380SEK for a taxi from the airport though, however look for the picture of the male taxi driver on the car itself- they are governed to not charge you more. Nordstan is across the street--the shopping mall, it’s great, but it does close earlier then most here in the US. However, I would NOT recommend United Airlines for your travel, my bags were lost going and coming back from Goteborg- and the airline did not even offer additional assistance/ reimbursement!! The food at this hotel is exceptional also- I’ve never seen an American Breakfast with so much variety!!! Dinner is great too, don’t miss the happy hour drink specials also- these are very inexpensive. Happy travels to Goteborg though!!
Traveler's tip on dining
Try the Flying Barrell (Pub/restaurant)for dinner--Magnus there is great and very helpful-- he recommended the lamb roast one night and the shrimp sandwich another and both were AWESOME!!! Also, the Viking ship mored at the harbor has great food and the staff is excellent. Overall this was a great trip!
