Walking distance to town
The hotel was easy to find, and within walking distance to downtown Inverness. Free parking is a plus. The staff are helpful and friendly. Our room was large and quiet. The black out shades are great. There was a jacuzzi tub in our room, however it was not in operation. We had a king sized bed, but it turned out to be two twins pushed together. We were comfortable at any rate. If you want to be away from the noise of the city, then stay at this hotel. Their breakfast was excellent.
Traveler's tip on dining
If you go to Inverness do try the Bella Italia restaurant. Everything my husband and I had was delicious! The waiter was super friendly as well, and the prices are reasonable.

Not a good Inn in Inverness
Made a choice to use this hotel as was planning a last minute trip from England to Scotland and didnt have time to call lots of B&Bs trying to find a room in late July. So, went with this hotel. I didnt actually pay a lot of attention to the price until I got home and saw that I had paid as much for a tiny dirty room in a not very good location as I had for a huge serviced apartment in the middle of Edinburough for the following two days. This was worth about 1/3 of what it cost (what I paid in Glasgow for same type room and actually better service). If you are absolutely desperate for a room in Inverness, this works. Otherwise, definately make the effort to find a B&B for less closer to town.

Tucked away
This gem was tucked away in a posh residential neighborhood. A little under staffed but excellant food and attension. Could use a duster in the corners more often.
Traveler's tip on dining
A meal in the restaurant would be worth a taxi ride from another hotel.
