Looong Wait
The hotel was clean, and comfortable, the staff was friendly. I was told the shuttle ran every half hour, I waited for 3 hours at O’hare. I won’t be staying there ever again.

Lovely Hotel
I have stayed in other Comfort Inns and been pleased with the service and hotel. This Comfort Inn was beautiful. The lobby was stunning. My room was in excellent shape. The hotel staff was helpful, polite, and friendly. They even provided free pizza one evening.

Good comfort and nice place at a good price.
The good: Room was nice with work desk, big comfortable bed, iron and board and in a good location for my needs. Hot breakfast or cerial ready for the start of the morning. The bad: Room mini fridge is noisy. Tought to get to the microwave as it was in a sometimes locked room. They claim to be ’green’, but always replaced partially used shampoo, soap and towels.
Traveler's tip for business travelers
They are good about providing their shuttle for your needs. Easy to get to the airport, or some restaurants. Made my time there much easier not having to rent a car.
