Good choice for Paris in cool months
We enjoyed our recent stay of four nights at this hotel in Paris. It is a modern, business style hotel with all the amenities this type of hotel offers. Staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was on the small side, but adequate for our needs. Beds are very comfortable. Nice bathroom. I read all the comments about the rooms being too hot and I will have to say that I can see how this might be a problem. We were there in September with outside temperatures of 65F. - 75F. and our room was comfortable enough albeit on the warm side. Windows do not open and hallways were very warm. With warmer weather, I could certainly see that the rooms might be too warm. Air conditioning is weak. The hotel is close to the metro, buses and Gare Montparnasse. Taking the Air France bus from CDG airport was very convenient since it stops at Gare Montparnasse, just a couple of blocks from the hotel. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, but found a charming cafe, L’Ocean just a block away,

Accesible Hotel
This was a pretty nice hotel for the price, they all knew english and were pretty courteous, the hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating and helpful. It was about a few blocks from the train station , and you can see the eiffel tower from the corner but not from the rooms ( there are 11 rooms which had a view ours didnt). I think most of the hotels in paris were small, we had a queen but really; they were two twin beds side by side. room was small but comfortable and clean with efficient and clean house cleaning the inside was pretty modern, lots of business travelers.. they are pretty busy our flight came in early and we had to wait from 12noon to 2pm. Other than that would go back again, La Cuopole was within walking distance, lots of restaurants within walking distance but then again it is Paris.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Good hotel if you want to just take the subways.. pretty much near everything.
