Reservation not honored
My reservation was fo:Room description: Standard Suite-Advance Purchase Includes: Breakfast Buffet Nonsmoking/Smoking: Non-Smoking Room type: 2 Beds However when I arrived at the Hotel they told me that I reserved a one bed room (they lied) and that they had no other two bed rooms available. I assured them that I made a reservation for two beds. I had to sleep on a couch and was exhausted for my planend visit with my daughter the nextday. Key to Room did not work

Good value/good time
Overall, our stay was a good one. I was travelling with my three children, ages 8, 3, adn 1 1/2. It was a challenge, and the staff at staybridge was helpful and easy to approach. The suite we stayed in was very comfortable, and a huge plus is that the bedroom is actually separate from the living area (so I could put the kids to bed earlier). The suite itself had a nice-sized kitchenette, so I was able to feed the kids around the busy schedule of our trip. The free breakfast buffet was excellent, and had a good variety - enough options to please each of my children. Nearly every staff member was friendly. The fron desk staff was friendly and helpful every time that I called. The only two complaints that I had were that the used towels were not replaced (and when you travel with 3 kids you use a lot of towels!), and that the furniture was a bit worn (ripped or stained).
Traveler's tip on dining
If you are travelling with children, go to Portillo’s. It is very close, just acros 59. The hotdogs were amazing and come with a variety of toppings. Your kids will love it.
