Great location- not up to Disney Standards
Third time staying at our favorite location but this last time disappointing. Much had changed since our previous two visits. No soap in hotel bathrooms, check in process extremely long, and fees imposed on television. There was a fee to watch the Disney channel at DISNEY! Location is the charm with fee parking and a shuttle to the park. The cowboy atmosphere does put the family in great spirit for fun and adventure.

Rooms need upgrade
The breakfast and the dinner was excellent. The room cleanliness was ok. But the room needs to be upgraded. The room is old and noisy. You can hear the people next to you. The hotel service was excellent. The bus that taken you to disney was excellent.

Very, very familiar hotel - lots of people
Altough hotel is in good shape, there are so many guests that it’s overwelming. Lots of confusion. Buffet breakfast has so many people that it is hard to find a table, except the ones outside (if the weather permits). Also shuttles to the park are crowded. If you are on a tight budget and you don’t mind the confusion you can pick this one, other wise avoid it.
