Guests must only check in with this property management company, the Key To The Rockies. The check-in office is located at 23024 US Hwy 6, Suite 202, in Keystone, Colo. Other property companies may manage units in the same complex. Guests who check in with another management company are liable for all room charges with Key To The Rockies. Refunds are not allowed. The front desk is open daily from 8 AM–8 PM during ski season. It is open daily from 8 AM–5 PM during spring, summer, and fall. Guests planning to arrive after hours must contact the resort at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive check-in instructions.
