Great stay while in Charleston
We were very pleased with our stay. The room was more than we expected. It had a seperate living room along with a small kitchen complete with frig, microwave, cooktop, and dishwasher. They even provided dishes and silverware. There was a full desk and small dining table also. The beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was included and was great. Hotel was in beautiful condition. Pool and exercise room were also great. Don’t let the proximity to the airport scare you. We were never awakened by planes during our 3 nights. I have been to Charleston over a dozen times, and unless you just have your heart set on staying in the historic distric, you cannot find a better place to stay for the money. We will definitely stay at the Residence Inn from now on. Thanks!
Definitely check out Isle of Palms for a great beach, take a carriage ride in the historic distric, check out the open market, eat at Hyman’s seafood, and check out the waterfront park.
