Not what advertised, Hated place, Complaints didn’t matter
You get what you pay for. You go cheap. You get cheap. Things were broke or asked for and you get some excuse why you can’t. Even a clean towel you couldn’t get. I asked non stop every time a new excuse. Some times it’s worth paying more.

Great for the price
Had no problems checking in, man there was very nice. Walls were not sound proof at all so there was a lot of outside noise from other guests. Pool was nice and clean but when I asked front desk for pool towels, the girl upfront was kind of rude and said they were all dirty and all she had to give us was one bath towel. She did not even try to help. Other than that might stay there again if we ever go back to Florence, SC. Will take my own beach towels next time!!
