BEST Price, Though Dated
I admit that the condition of the room was slightly shady at times. The drop-down ceiling probably needed to be replaced, and the bed & sofa in the room wasn’t the most comfy in the world. But if you can get over that, this is a wonderful place to stay, excellent for the PRICE. We had a king-size bed, a living room area with a couch, and and amazing ocean view and balcony. I surprised my girlfriend with this trip due to an anniversary, and she absolutely loved it. This place made it happen WITHOUT emptying my wallet. I would highly recommend it, so long as you can get over the slightly dated feeling of the room.
Rent a bike and do the boardwalk. They have these neat little carts, almost like rickshaws, that you can rent for 2-4 people. People look at you funny but it is so fun to travel with that. Not a bad price either.

Great location
Hotel is a little run down, but i didnt go to virginia beach to hang out in a hotel. great location and prices are very reasonable. staff was friendly and accomidating and let me check in very early.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
the naval harbor boat tour was well worth the 29.00 for two people for two hour tour. also would recommend the rudy jet boat tour. very fun

don’t stay for more than 1 night!
The only advantage, if any, is that it is right on the beach! It is dirty, and no maintenance!
