Not impressed, AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The beds are very, very hard and the pillows are thin as a feather. The first night we arrived and we had to take freezing cold showers because the hotel was having a problem with the water, PLUS the shower head was broken. There was barely a stream of water coming out. We took 2 days worth of showers like that until the showerhead was fixed. They advertise fully-airconditioned rooms, and we were sweating in our room until the AC was fixed 2 days into our vacation. It still wasn’t what we think of as AC, it just was blowing slightly cool air that’s all. They show you pictures of the rooms with new furniture and flat screen TV’s. NOT!!! It looked like the furniture was picked up a local garage sale and the TV was about 20 years old. We booked the hotel for our toddler to enjoy their toddler pool, but to our dismay it was closed the whole time we were there and opened the day we left. Too little to late, huh? Other than that, the food was good and the other 2 pools are decent.

Great location on the island!
The only thing that upset me a little was that the guys have to wear pants to dinner and it wasn’t mentioned anywhere when I booked my trip. My husband had only brought one pair so he had to wear it the whole week. Also, if you’re here to party this is the spot. It’s right down the road from a ton of bars and restaurants.

if bed fixed I can not wait to go back
Hotel food service, cleaniess, entertainment for adult, childern and customer service was excellent. (note the cildern programs during day and at night was extermely good, verity of shows at night for family gathering was good as well) Hotel’s BED was not comortable at all.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Hotel is located at the south part of island where it is warm and sunny. hotel is close to beach, resturnats and shops with walking distance. Rent a car not from hotel but outside for two days and travel to the north side of island where is colder and rainny but beatiful. for sure see the "El Tiede" the volcano, but local jewleries, visit San Juan, Ortavl and eat PIZZA is cheaper and better quality while you are not in the hotel.
