Awful service.
I made a mistake when i booked the room, I check the field "smoking room" instead of "no smoking". I asked at the front desk if they could give me a non smoking room (it’s the same price) and they wouldn’t because it was already booked "in the system". My baby girl (6 months) was sick and I needed a non smoking room, so I lost my money and I had to look for another hotel.

Not impressed.
I wanted to upgrade and the difference in rate was ridiculously high! The a.c. was not even working and when I brought it to the attention of the staff, they didn’t really do much about it. My child and I were sweating for at least two hours before the a/c started working. There were so many rooms empty so I don’t know why they couldn’t just move us to another room. At checkout the staff member was extremely rude. I asked for a receipt, she made a face and then told me that I had already gotten one. Just print out another one!! What’s the big deal??
