Lovely hotel, a little far from center
Hotel was extremely clean, modern decor mixed with charming building and friendly staff. The buffet breakfast had a nice selection and quality food. The hotel location was the only down-side. It was approximately a 15 minute walk to the center of town, certainly not prohibitive but not as convenient a location as we would have liked. If this aspect doesn’t bother future guests, then I would recommend the Avenue Hotel.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
We made the mistake of paying to go into Tivoli Gardens. Our initial mistake was not researching it. The "Gardens" are actually an amusement park and not gardens at all. We also paid an additional amount to go into the aquarium there, which had only 1 display.

Great Hotel
The service was great! The lobby was a wonderful place to rest, great back deck! Only downfall, ask for a room in the back. We stayed on the front side and it is on a major thruway so very loud. My husband slept through but I am a light sleeper. Overall, great and I would definitely suggest staying here! Great breakfast! Not right in the center of copenhagen but a short 5-10 minute walk. We enjoyed being outside downtown because you get to see an area you might not see otherwise!

Ask for a room on the back of the hotel. the front is noisy!

Very adequate hotel
Was about a mile and a half from Central Station but a nice safe walk. Room was quite spacious for a European Hotel.
