This hotel, does not have services,to make any traveller to come back to it,They took two and a half hours for check in.They never apologise,and they never make your stay special. First day they didn’t show up to clean my room, the phone never work properly,was not a fridge in the room either, and the TV didnt have a remote. The food was not tastee at all ,regular bufet f ood. And in the bar outdoors in front of the big pool for two days they run out of vodka and other liquors. I choose to stay here for the proximity in location to see my friends,but I can’t recomend this hotel.to others.

Not satisfied at all
The room was spacious but the bathroom tub was dirty and no toilet paper in the bathroom. Toilet was leeking water and called the front desk more that 5 times and no one even called or came to the room to fix the leek. A/C Unit wasn’t working properly at all. The food wasn’t good and didn’t have much variety. I would never stay at this resort again. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it at all.
