Comfortable and convenient!
Quick access to the monorail which was a quick and comfortable ride to the strip and to Fremont Street (via $2 bus connection #108). We enjoyed a view of multiple firework shows from our room on the 10th floor. The valet staff was very helpful as we waited for our airport shuttle to arrive.

Not Impressed
I was charged 43 dollars for the hotel to receive a package for me. Also hotel wanted 12.95 per day for internet usage.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Watch out for the Taxi drivers they will rip you off. If you think a fare is to high, protest to the cab driver. He will not want the hassel from the authorities. Make sure you get the cab number

not what i expected
The room was clean and the people were very nice. The location of the hotel was not what I expected. It was farther off the strip than I wanted. Had to take cab to get to any casinos. The bar even closed at 1am. I feel that the price is way too much for the little that they offer. For the 2nd night we were staying we found better accommadations at another hotel.

Nice quite hotel away from the strip
A very nice, clean, modern, non-gambling hotel away from the strip. Right next to the sky train station. Very convenient to go to the strip without a car.
Good for families not gamble.

Excellent hotel but they should offer breakfast. Most of the hotels offer breakfast.
rates are quite good for an excellent hotel of this type. It is clean. but i think they should offer breakfast to the residents.

Very disappointing
I thought because of the room rate, non casino atmosphere and situated off the strip, it would be a special hotel. It was not. Very limited services, a pool that rarely gets sun and little to no atmosphere. The room was small and clean but with no views. The small flat screen television was difficult to see since it was mounted on the bureau and not the wall. The valet parking was extemely slow and sometimes non existent. Other than the close proximity to the convention center, there is little to reccommend.

Very clean, nice place to stay, but tiny little pool!
Stayed at the Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel and was totally satisfied with the room, it was very clean and stylish. I also thought that the food and service offered at the restaurants onsite were very good. The one drawback was the pool. It was very small, only 3ft deep and did not have sunshine for more than an hour per day.

great choice
We’d stay again - bith hotel and service were great. Nice to not have the casino noise and smoke. ENVY is a wonderful place for any meal, all day long.

Very Clean and Nice
We stayed four nights at the Renaissance motel and were very happy with our accomidations. The Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant inside the motel was nice but a little pricey. The only bad thing was that the motel was off the strip and everytime we told a taxi driver where we were staying, they said "WHERE?" and then would tell them on Paradise Road and then they knew where were talking about. I would stay here again

At the airport, we purchased two way tickets from Showtime shuttle. They dropped us off from the airport and we scheduled the time for them to pick us UP the morning we were leaving. They were 20 minutes late and we called and they were going to be another 20 minutes, we ended up having to take the taxi to the airport, they say they will give us a refund. Advice, take the shuttle to the motel but take a taxi back to the airport
