not impressed
so basically...if you’re traveling and will only be there a night or two: this is NOT the hotel for you. their internet doesn’t hardly work. they don’t offer any toiletry items. The fridge didn’t work and lighting gave us headaches. We saw a lot of people who looked like they basically lived in the hotel and we’re pretty sure that is what the hotel caters to. I know it’s a cheap hotel but it’s definitely worth spending 20 extra bucks and getting a decent hotel.

Not impressed
This hotel caters primarily to longer term residents, but makes rooms available for short term rentals. Ground floor rooms are rarely, if ever, available, but they will not tell you that in advance. Not only is there no breakfast, but no coffee or tea is available in the rooms. Room lighting is poor, and the overall appearance is dingy.

Cheap and Legit
We had a very late check in, around 11pm. There was a note on the office to call the security guard, he gave us our key no problem. We only stayed one night, but the room was very spacious. Would probably be great for a family. The price was very good and the location was great. It is very close to Abercorn Ext. I did spot one roach in the room that was crawling near the door, I killed it. But besides that, my stay was great. I would return for another stay.
