Omni was Wonderful
We had a great time staying in the Omin. Location was great as it was righ next to Michigan Avenue. Had valet parking and had to pay extra for that but it was nice to just come to the front and drop the car off. Some pillows were missing on the bed when we first arrived but they took care of that pretty quickly. Everything else was very nice. Comfortable bed which is always a plus. We would definately go back again if we were given the chance!

Excellent service for bargain rates in a fabulous neighborhood
I was very happy with this hotel. For business travel it is perfect. All the rooms are suites, which is wonderful. The service was excellent, the neighborhood is, of course, fantastic, and the hotel restaurant was great. If you want a quiet, private hotel, this is for you. I will likely stay at the Omni every time I visit Chicago for business. The one thing to note is that they are nearby Northwestern, and therefore you may hear ambulances at odd hours, and often. This did not bother me, but it may bother some. This may be why the hotel provides you with a face mask and ear plugs...
