Great Family Hotel in Sitges
We were very pleased with the Sunway Playa Golf -Sitges. The hotel is new, clean and right on the Sea. It is about 1 1/2 mile walk to the center of town, but right on the promonade next to the sea. A trolley is also available if you don’t want to walk. Most guests are European only a few Americans. It was a great way to learn.

Lack of costumer service
The front dest and room service didn’t seem to care when asked about any requests. We had to ask multiple times to get things we needed. In a 3 night stay never got our room cleaned.

Decent price but service needs improvement
Stayed one night here and location on the water is great with incredible deck views. While advertised as a 1 bedroom apartment, the room was sectioned off by an armoire. When we arrived we asked for a crib and they indicated they were understaffed and too busy to promise to get one, though they eventually did. There were only sheets on one bed and the pullout had no sheets, blankets, nor pillows and it tood 4 calls to get what we needed. Finally, the restaurant messed up our order twice and our kids meal came 30 minutes after ours. Could be alot better if the service was improved.
Hotel does have family activities and nice beach but walk to town is long.
