Not what expected
I selected the hotel primarily thinking in localization, I presumed that it was going to have a better external appereance. Overall the hotel is clean, but the external appereance is lacking. Conserning the rooms I do have to say they are clean and comfortable enough, just don’t expect anything to fancy. There was one incident though, I left the tip for the room one day, but when I came back the room wasn’t done but the tip wasn’t there.Overall I feel Windsor Suites Hotel is a budget hotel that’s should be aimed primarily at college and budget travelers. In this regard those who are expecting a little bit more out of a hotel, in relation to services and amenities would be well adviced to look somewhere else or at least considered other options.

Decent hotel in Santiago
This hotel is located in a quaint neighborhood with several restaurants and outdoor cafes, only a short walk to downtown Santiago. The hotel offers limited parking and is tricky to find. Breakfast is included and staff is friendly.
