You REALLY should READ this review!
Well to first start off the hotel is not that close to the city of Florence. You need to take at least a 30-45 min bus ride and I would not consider that a relaxing vacation but if you have a RENT A CAR I would recommend this place because you can get there in like 15-20 mins and it a relaxing drive if you are doing it yourself. The hotel it’s self is very nice but the customer service you get be not the best they all seem like they hate their jobs but for the price what can you expect. I would say the room are pretty comfortable spacey nice showers with a TV but your on vacation you should not really spend that much time in the room any how. I did leave a pizza that I order from this place down the road and the next morning there was over a 1,000 ants on it so be careful of that. But to mention the where to eat DO NOT eat at the hotel unless you are eatting the free breakfast the food sucks and is very over priced for what you get and they charge you 2 euro to just sit at a table which is not uncommon in europe but when the waiter takes his tip out of you change and walks off before you can even say anything well you get the point. There is a pizza place when you pull out on the road around at the pin you take a right go about 3-4 miles and I am telling you the best pizza I have had in Italy... Well good luck.
