Disapointed
Requested a room on high floor and clean and was not honored due as reception claimed unavailability. Room is not clean with low class decoration. Price is very high. No value for the money. Breakfast and view of the lake and mountains are excellent

The worst room ever
Spectacular views and good grounds. The worst room I ever encountered, but hotel tried to compensate by issuing a voucher for a future stay.
