Very accomodating staff
We had a handicap accessible room for my grandmother. The bathroom was great, but the bed was too high. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they were very apologetic and gave us vouchers for a free breakfast.

Perfectly nice hotel
Hotel was clean, reasonably priced and overall very nice. The pool was closed, but they offered an alternative, which I thought was nice. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Good value, convenient location, great service
Holiday Inn Issaquah is very well situated in an area that is convenient to shopping, eating and has nice freeway access. The room was very comfortable and met the standards of a neat-nik such as myself. Moreover, the cost was very reasonable when compared to what the same accommodations would be the closer you get to Seattle. My only negative experience was that their pool was not open. I always try to book motels that have a pool available so was disappointed to learn it was closed. However, the motel did offer free passes to a nearby fitness center that had a nice pool. Which brings me to the best part of my experience and that was their customer service. I have been in the retail industry for over 25 years and am constantly disappointed by the quality of service that it seems we find all too often these days in stores, restaurants and other venues that service the public. The general manager of this motel should be proud. He/She has trained the staff well. When you walk through the door they genuinely make you feel that they’re glad that you’re there instead of just being a nuisance and interrupting whatever they were doing on their cell phone or on the computer! Holiday Inn Issaquah is a welcoming place -- Thank You.
