Had terrible experience, zero service, rude attitude, mean and cheap Ma and Pa style business
First off, the price charged to me included pet fee but upon arrival they charged me for pet again. Room condition was not at acceptable level, leaking faucets, dirty carpet and sofa,TV remote out of battery, Refrigerator not cooling - our fruits and meat went bad, air not working at desired temp, no cleaning towels or paper towels provided for kitchen sink. Extremely hot weather and to top it up the ice machine in lobby was out of order. When asked for Ice, they gave half the bucket and refused to provide another refil. Upon check out they went ahead and charged my visa without my knowledge. When I called and questioned the charge, they said the towels were dirty and they went ahead and charged my account. It was simply unbelievable and the behavior of their staff was rude. I would not recommend anyone to this place.
Lots of water activity on the river. Try and stay in Laughlin, the other side of the river.

Lodge On The River
The hotel staff is great, my checkin was painless and quick. The hotel is nice and quite too. A great place for families to stay for a day or more:) I will be staying at the Lodge again and again ........:)
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
The best bet is to upgrade to a suite overlooking the river and the hotel pool toooo. The suites are roomy with a kitchenette:)

Lodge on the river is confort
My husband and I were very pleased with the front desk personell very polite and friendly. Room very homey and surroundings were kept very nice and clean. Very happy to have stayed there and would love to stay there again when we go visit Laughlin
