Employees very helpful, understood english. Hotel difficult to find and parking was indeed a problem. Close in location to ’old town’ and its many sights.

Outstanding hotel, location
We recommend the Starlight Suiten greatly. The suite was large (living room, kitchenette, bedroom and large bathroom). The staff is super nice and accommodating (including getting us a car and driver at 4:30 a.m. to go to the airport). The continental breakfast is most welcome. Our daughter stayed across the street at the Intercontinental and her room was tiny with just 2 double beds, at a much higher price. The location is superb within walking distance of all major sites and with the U-bahn (subway) just a half block. We will return to Starlight when we go back to Vienna.

Vienna’s top 25 attractions are within easy walking distance to the Starlight Suiten. Must sees are St. Stephen’s, the Hopsburg Castle,The Austrian Army Museum (which isn’t listed in some tour guides), Belvidere, the city hall and the shopping area near St. Stephen’s.

Quality service
The service we got was worth the money we paid. The spacious room make 3 of us feel very comfortable. The location of this hotel is convenient. The subway station, grocery store, drug store are close-by, even the physician is just around the corner! The hotel manager can arrange the visit to the doctor for you and the appointment we got is very prompt. One night the whole district lost the electric power. The were 3 persons (including the manager) handling the emergency nicely. By the time the power was back on, it was pretty late. The next morning, the same manager is already at work by the time we went for breakfast. You cannot go wrong with a manager so devoted to the hotel.
