Great hotel for the price
Picked the hotel just for convenience, but was very impressed with the entire trip; from staff, cookie at check-in, nice room and bed, and great food/pool/exercise room.

Shall definitely return
This renovated Doubletree is an superb example of a professional, dedicated and friendly staff whom make everyone feel at home and like family. Lovely and convenient location for shopping and golf.We were greeted at all times with smiles and consistent team work. From the well-trained maids and bellhops to the charming front desk personnel to the highly efficient management team all were proactive in our needs. If you stay with this impressive hotel, and you should, please ask for Michael, a very professional staff member whom is the epitomy of a ’jack of all trades.’
Traveler's tip
Just across the overpass is a great choice of chain retail stores and chain restaurants with excellent service and good food. If you plan to go to the Augusta Mall stay away from the interstate during rush hour because of road work.

Night Crew was the best
The night team was the best. They were able to get me replaceemt towels after housekeeping was closed and it was done in a timley matter. Give them my thanks.
