Great Experience
Considering they have a full breakfast with cook to order eggs and a fantastic happy hour all included for the price, our family had a great time staying at this hotel.

Too Noisy
This was the 2nd time we stayed in this hotel...this time, it was very noisy especially on our floor (4th). There were boys who were playing and running on the hallways on all floors, going up and down the elevators. I complained to management and they did not do anything. I encountered one of the parents of the boys and she said that we should have been told that there was a hockey tournament nearby and most of the boys and families were staying there!! Next time, we’ll try the newer hotels nearby.

I would like to add that we don’t have this complaint very often and we are rated one of the best hotels in Loudoun County with plenty of nice people ready to serve.
