What to expect: The marble-tiled lobby leading to the Gallery Hotel SIS’s 24-hour reception desk is lined with wrought-iron furniture as well as hand-crafted and blown glass decorations made by Czech artists. Families, couples and small tourist groups mill about the lobby as they make their way out to visit the city sights.
Amenity highlights: Guests can relax in the lobby’s Gallery Bar, which serves a range of drinks and features original paintings and sculptures by aspiring artists from Central and Eastern Europe; complimentary high-speed Internet connections are also offered. Downstairs, the SkyBar is a brightly decorated cellar bar with SkySports and other satellite channels, which stays open beyond midnight for guests to watch important football matches or other events on request.
Insider tip: In Havlickovy Sady, three kilometres from the hotel, can be found simulated ruins, a wine bar and its functioning vineyard, and the neo-renaissance Grebovka Villa. Although the villa is currently leased by a European law institute and not open to tourists, the grounds that make up the surrounding park make up one of the city's many picturesque green spaces.

Breakfast Room - Located on the ground floor of the hotel, the breakfast room offers hot and cold drinks as well as cereal, yoghurt, fruit, and vegetables. Smoking and non-smoking areas.
Gallery Bar - Lobby bar serving coffee, tea and cocktails, decorated with original artworks by aspiring artists from the Czech Republic and other Central and Eastern European countries. Features marble floors with custom-made wrought iron furniture; slate and wood wall decorations; and complimentary, high-speed Internet connections.
SkyBar - Brightly coloured cellar bar serving snacks, cocktails, Czech and foreign beers, and Pilsner on draught. SkySports is shown on the flatscreen television. Open from 6PM until midnight, and later for important football matches.

Guests can unwind in the small sauna and indoor dipping pool at the Gallery Hotel SIS. Although the hotel does not have its own fitness facilities, it has a special agreement with the Corinthia Towers Hotel (two kilometres away) that allows its guests to use the fitness facilities there for the same price as Corinthia Towers guests. The fitness centre comprises indoor pool with panoramic views across Prague, showers, saunas and steam rooms. The centre also contains a squash court and a full range of exercise equipment. Personal trainers are available to assist with workouts and guests can also join aerobics classes.
