No English TV, others good.
The hotel environment is good. Except no English TV program, others are good.

Not impressed
The hotel looks nice. But the room is really small - I felt like a bird in birdcage. The bathroom was very small too. Even thought I am slim I had have a hard time to face round cuz door. And bathroom s furniture is old.

The restaurant Kampa Fish. Friendly waiter, nice atmosphere, great food and wine! And close to Charles bridge.

Nice Hotel, would definitly go back
Rick D & Beth D from Wisconsin, USA. We had a wonderful stay in Prague from May 2-9. The hotel was very nice. The employees were very nice and helpful and spoke pretty good english. The bar was a little spendy. Very nice bartender though. The room was cleaned everyday. It was about a 10 minute tram ride to the center of town. It was about a 5 minute walk to the tram from the hotel, maybe less. It was a pretty quite neighborhood. The breakfast was very good. Nothing but Czech TV channels on the tv, and not very good reception. Internet only worked in the lobby, not in rooms. But we did not go to Prague to watch tv or surf the web. Prague is a beautiful city with plenty to see. I will definitly go back sometime. A week is not enough time. Hope this helps you.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
I would recommed the public transportation system. coming from the states most of us are used to having our own cars. But in Prague the mass transit is great, and very cheap. You never have to wait more than 10 minutes for anything. Dont have to worry about parking, fuel, or directions.

Not bad at all
The hotel itself is good. I booked 2 triple rooms for me and my family and we had two 2-bedroom rooms, which was a pleasant surprise. It’s a bit far from the city centre. There’s however a bus to the city centre, though finding a place to buy the bus tickets can be a bit of a hassle.
