Skip this hotel.
Staff put me in a groundlevel outside corner room with NO TELEVISION, NO BATHTUB, NO AIR-CONDITIONING, a tiny porch (viewing a DIRT MOUND), and an external sliding door with its LOCK BROKEN. This room was also adjacent to the kitchen and loading/unloading dock. Upon informing staff that this room is not as described/advertised and totally unacceptable, I was told that hotel was overbooked it was the only room available. I asked to use the phone to call expedia, whereupon a manager FOUND a room on the second floor with a view of the music-stage, which consequently played LOUD bands until 11pm or later every night. This rooms condition was ok but not up to par either. A/C settings are on or off--- thermostat does not function. Shower water was impossible to keep a consistent temperature. WARM to FREEZING intermittently. There are NO CLOCK ALARMS in any room, and the WAKE UP CALL WAS 25 minutes LATE on date of departure. Internet access was also NON-FUNCTIONAL. A friend from Europe stayed in a different room at the same time as me, and their opinion was exactly the same as mine. The one positive aspect of the hotel is that it is only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this hotel made it VERY easy to do so.
Traveler's tip
Make sure you have local currency (Euros) BEFORE landing in Mallorca. Airport has no currency exchange, and the Autobank/ATM would not accept my cashcard, despite signage stating it would.

Not impressed
Hotel rated three stars as the forth star on the marquee above the door fell off. I think three stars is a little high rating for this hotel. The cosmetics and physical condition of this hotel was par at best. Missing and/or damage ceiling tiles, part time toilet, dirty hallway carpet; no adjustable AC (aka swamp cooler) only an "ON" or "OFF" switch; when the swamp cooler was turned on, during our last night stay, the pipes began to leak in the hallway outside my door. I even overheard a customer complaining it was leaking in his room. Very uncomfortable sleeping conditions in your twin bed. The only great thing about this hotel was the location. 5 min walk to the beach, bus/cab stop, etc.
Traveler's tip
Palmanova and Magaluf area has most if not all the atractions for kids. These areas is about a 20 minute drive from the Airport, roughly 45 Euros. I found that shoping in the Magaluf area to be the cheapest. Driving from one side of the island to the other is probably no more than an 1hr drive depending on the time of day. Plenty of restuarants to include McDonalds. Most if not all vendors/restuarants speaks english.
