America’s Best Value NIGHTMARE in Madison Heights
The Hotel was really horrible, the lobby had a foul odor. The free WiFi did not work. There was eight spiders in our room, there was food left on the floor in the bathroom. The air conditioner started clanking one hour after turning on. It was a real horror story, I will travel much further if I ever have to stay somewhere like this again. Travelers, read reviews, and read them again.

Dirty! Dirty! Dirty! Terrible service.
The linens were dirty. No hot water. The floors were filthy. It was a non-smoking room that was very, very smokey. Everything had a layer of dust and ash on it. The curtains had holes eaten in them. The room smelled terrible. They wouldn’t give us our money back and there was no way the room could be cleaned to our satisfaction. This was the worst hotel room I’ve ever seen!

Very disappointed, not clean
The exterior door to the interior hallway had no lock in the cylinder. The halls smelled like an old bar room. The bed had a huge divet in it. The bathroom door was all stained and faded. We never showered there- it was disgusting. I’ve never seen so much caulking before!
