unfriendly staff
The hotel was beautiful however the staff was extremely unfriendy. They were annoyed with any question we asked, such as could they call for a taxi. It is located in a business area and not convinient to any attractions. The restaurant was expensive, it cost us $18.00 (american)for two cups of coffee and 2 danish- - -ridiculous even for hotel food. Dont waste you time.

Best hotel we tried in Northern Ireland
The hotel was very attractive - beautiful, contem- porary rooms and public spaces. They had the only ice machines we saw in N.I., plus an in-room refrigerator! We had a very good dinner in the hotel restaurant. The location was perfect for us - close (4 or 5 blocks) from the center of town where most of the things we wanted to see were.

Good Business Hotel
This is a very comfortable hotel, located 10mins away from the city center by foot. The decor is extremely urban, and lavish. Just be careful with the room-service bills, as I was charged for 2 items i did not order. But on pointing that out, they looked into it and reversed the charge. other than that it was a great experience.
